On Wednesday May 26, 2010, Preferred Realty Executives held there quarterly sales meeting at the Springhill Suites Marriott, in Port St. Lucie. The pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence lead by Aline Ouellette President/Owner of PRE, followed by a prayer by realtor Michael Gibson started an educational and fun filled meeting that included a bountiful breakfast menu and excellent presentations by several outstanding sponsors. Sponsors in attendance included Frank Leporino of KB Homes, Rod Burns of AAA Home Inspections, Harold Delcham of Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank and Maribel De La Rocha of Exacta Land Surveyors. Invited guest included Patricia Kunde of Scripps’s Newspaper and Jennifer Lopez of Homes and Land Magazine.
Beverly Cibulsky Sales Manager of PRE reviewed the current HAFA and Short Sale regulations as her part of her continuous educational program available to all PRE agents. Beverly holds a CDPE designation (Certified Distress Property Expert). She continuously shares through on going training all the changes that are occurring with short sale and HAFA regulations with her agents. A quiz was given at the end to assure that every PRE agent has a clear understanding of the ever changing and very complex real estate market. The new $3,000.00 relocation fee, payable to sellers who short sale there home was explained in great detail. A live skit added humor as well as sent home the message to realtor’s as to the importance of education in this marketplace.
Following several raffles of some great prizes including gift cards to local businesses, the realtors left the meeting with a wealth of knowledge and pleasant memory.
Free training classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at PRE for both new and experienced agents, so they may provide unsurpassed service and knowledge in this current real estate market.
